A Simple Rogue, A Blonde Bard

By Melissa McMahan

Sweet sorrow to be so near

Grateful to play a bit part

Any affection met with bliss

The gentle might of thy heart

A simple rogue, a blonde Bard

They idly sit in suns light

As she reads from her scrolls

Causes him endless jubilation

Warrior gloy pails in a kiss

Neither left unscared by time

Paths in rough darkness showed

Shared love remain to be seen
